Every self-serve plan starts with a free trial — no card needed. Move up or down whenever your volume changes.
No plans are configured yet. Run python manage.py seed_plans to create the standard tiers.
Note: card payments aren't connected in this environment yet. Trials start immediately; paid subscriptions need to be arranged with us directly.
The fine print, in plain words
Do I need a card to start?
No. Trials on self-serve plans start without one. You'll only be asked for payment details when you decide to keep going.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction, from your billing page. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies from your next billing period.
What counts as a chat message?
One message from a customer to your assistant. The assistant's replies aren't counted against your allowance.
What happens if I cancel?
Your assistant stops answering, but your documents, settings and conversation history stay in your workspace so you can pick up where you left off.
